Boiler Finance for Landlords
Landlords will be now accepted for Hitachi finance. Landlords were not previously covered under the current Hitachi (UK) finance schemes. PLC will be offered to WAI members. However, there are two requirements that must be followed:
- Each landlord must only have a maximum of 3 applications waiting for approval at any given time
- Rental income of properties must not be the main income source for these landlords i.e. they must be private landlords with a regular job
The boiler finance can be offered on labour and materials relating to the installation of Worcester Bosch products. Maximum loan amount is £25k.
